After the Thanksgiving crowd has gone, make your way to the West Milford Animal Shelter for Black Cat Friday. Actually, the event runs the entire weekend, Nov. 29, 30 and Dec. 1. Adopt a black or black and white cat or kitten and get free t-shirt. All who adopt any animal from the shelter this weekend will also receive a pet gift bag and an entry into a free raffle to win a $20 ShopRite gift card. Booties, pictured here loving one of the shelter volunteers, would be a great addition to any home. He is so affectionate!
