WEST MILFORD — Join Varsity field hockey Coach Krista Rieder-Provost for the Summer Youth Field Hockey Camp, Aug. 5 through 9, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This camp is for all girls entering fourth through ninth grades. All levels are welcome.
Required equipment for each participant include:
field hockey ball and stick
approved goggle eyewear
mouthguard
shin guards
water bottle
sun screen
light lunch
The schedule for each day is:
9-9:15 Attendance/amp announcements
9:15-9:45 Warm up
9:45-10:15 Session #1
10:25-10:50 Session #2
10:50-11:20 Lunch (campers bring their own)
11:25-11;55 Session #3
12 to 1 Scrimmages and fun contests
The cost of the camp is $141 for West Milford residents; $10 addition for non residents. Pre-registration is required online at westmilford.org. Click on payments, then online registration. Once you are in Community Pass, follow the prompts to register your family. Online payments are by credit card only. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, still register your family online then come to the Recreation office at Hillcrest Community Center on Macopin Road and drop off your check (made out to West Milford Community Services and Recreation) or cash with a completed registration form.
