When voters go to the polls on June 4, they will pick from two GOP slates for mayor and two Township Council seats.
Lone Democratic candidate for mayor, Robert Nicholson, is unopposed and will face either incumbent, and Republican Committee candidate, Mayor Michele Dale, or Township Councilman Lou Signorino in the race for the four-year seat in November’s general election.
In the race for two, three-year, council seats, incumbent Republican Peter McGuinness and Steven Castronova, running on the Republicans Working Together slate with Signorino, will face Republican Committee candidates Kevin Goodsir and Warren Gross.
The winning primary candidates for council will not face opposition from the Democrats in the general election.
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 4 for voters to cast their ballots.
