Councilman Ed Rosone attended his last council meeting as an elected official on Dec. 18. The one-term member of the township council didn't seek re-election this year. Rosone said he was honored to serve the township. He thanked his wife, Donna, and his family for "going through this with me." And he got plenty of praise from his colleagues, including Councilwoman Ada Erik who called him a "gentleman." In true form, Rosone said he's always tried to act professionally. "It was all about the people and the residents," said Rosone. "Who knows what tomorrow might bring? I could continue my political career later on." Here he is pictured at the Dec. 18 meeting. Behind him is Councilwoman-elect Michele Dale, who will take Rosone's seat on the council on Saturday.
