WEST MILFORD — It was unadulterated fun at Bubbling Springs on Tuesday night, Aug. 28, when Parrotbeach Band did their best Jimmy Buffet tribute and had everyone up and dancing. And singing. Young, old and everyone in between let the sand work its way through their toes as they celebrated all that is Buffet. Parrotbeach is a regular for the summer concert series and West Milford residents showed them just how much they are appreciated.
