Queen's Tea benefits Chilton Breast Center

— In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Chilton Hospital Auxiliary invites the community to its third annual “Queen’s Tea” on Thursday, Oct. 11, at High SocieTea House, 20 Old Newark Pompton Turnpike, Wayne.
Attendees have a choice of an “Afternoon Tea,” which begins at noon, or an “Evening Tea” at 6 p.m.
Proceeds from the Queen's Tea will benefit The Breast Center at Chilton. Last year’s sold-out event raised $2,500.

The Chilton Hospital Auxiliary

By maintaining on-going fund-raising programs, the Chilton Hospital Auxiliary has donated more than $4 million to the hospital for the purchase of major medical equipment and the support of health care programs. The group was organized five years before the hospital was built and operates the hospital Gift Gallery. Fundraising activities include a biannual Fashion Show, the annual Tree of Lights, Theatre Night, the Brick Walk, the Casino Night, Boiling Springs Bank Alliance Program and Cash for Gold/Boutique, plus a variety of activities that accommodate a wide range of talents, ideas, and energies.
