WEST MILFORD — West Milford residents are reminded that advance registration is mandatory for participation in the S.M.A.C. blood screening program to be held at Hillcrest gymnasium on Oct. 27.
Final registration will be held at the nurses’ office at the Town Hall on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012 from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m. The program is for anyone over the age of 18 years. The fee is $20 (non-refundable), which must be paid when registering.
The test will be held on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, from 7:30 to 11 a.m. at the town hall meeting room.
Next flu and pneumonia vaccine clinics are Oct. 12 in the Hillcrest Community Center gym from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Oct. 16 at the West Milford Health Dept. in town hall from 3 to 7 p.m.
