WEST MILFORD — If you have conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, and anxiety, the Take Control of Your Health workshop can help you take charge of your life.
You will get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment choices and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health. Set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and your life.
This free, six-week workshop (which includes lunch), will be held on Fridays, May 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20, 27, from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. The workshops will be held in room 17 at the Hillcrest Community Center, 1810 Macopin Road, West Milford.
