1. How did you get involved with cheerleading?
I have been involved in cheerleading since I was a mascot in the second grade and have cheered for recreational teams, All-Stars and now the WMHS varsity teams.
2. Who is your biggest inspiration?
My dad is my biggest inspiration. He taught me that it is important to have passion, stay focused and to never quit. My dad always tells me he is my biggest fan.
3. What would most people be surprised to know about cheerleading?
Most people would be surprised to know how often we practice and how our sport requires a great deal of commitment. Our competition routines are complex and require teamwork.
4. Who is your favorite teacher of all time? Why?
My favorite teacher is Ms. Schwartz. I admire her ability to make me want to learn more while keeping class interesting and fun.
5. What is your favorite movie, book or character? Why?
My favorite movie is “The Notebook.” It is a great love story.

6. Name three things you would bring with you if you were on a deserted island?
I would bring food, my dog and pictures of my family and friends. Pictures are always good for looking back and remembering fun times.
7. Share a favorite moment with your team.
A favorite moment with my team is hitting the mat when we compete. It’s a rush of excitement and a great opportunity for us to show our ability as well as how our team work comes together.
8. What does being a Highlander mean to you?
Being a Highlander means that I represent my school which means I take pride in everything I do.
9. What do you do with your time when you are not cheerleading?
I am always at cheerleading; however, when I am not, I like to hang with friends, listen to my music and relax in my room.
10. Share something no one knows about you.
I love driving my dune buggy.
