WEST MILFORD —Kids will be drawn to the duct tape creations, tie-dyed t-shirts and homemade crayons! Woodwork and leather creations, miniature plants, handmade jewelry and clay creations are just a few of the items that will appeal to adults at the Apshawa TREP$ Marketplace on Wednesday, April 10.
Those coming with an appetite will not be disappointed either, as sweet desserts, homemade juice smoothies and "Fabulous Fudge" are just a few of the products that can be enjoyed on the premises. All of these items will be available for purchase to all cash-carrying members of the public attending the TREP$ Marketplace.
The TREP$ Marketplace is a unique flea-market style event in that all of the vendors are children ages 10 through 13. Over the past six weeks, 50 children from Apshawa School have been participating in the award-winning TREP$ after-school program where they have learned the basics of entrepreneurship. This Wednesday, they will put all that they have learned to the test as they launch their own businesses for the night.
The TREP$ Marketplace is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Apshawa School, 140 High Crest Drive.
