WARWICK — Attention all brides to be. It’s here.
The third annual Bridal Trail in downtown Warwick, sponsored by Price Chopper of Warwick and Corwin Florist and Greenhouse will take place this Saturday, Sept. 15.
The downtown Warwick event allows brides to be and their entire bridal party to sample wedding cake, hear music, meet photographers, talk to wedding vendors face-to-face and gain wedding ideas and tips.
And at 3 p.m. all Bridal Trail visitors are invited to gather at Lewis Park, across from the Village Hall, for a reception under the tent, courtesy of local restaurants and bakeries as well as a fashion show featuring the latest in bridal gowns, tuxedos, and wedding party attire.
“There is so much to see and do at our bridal show,” said event Chair Nicole Repose. “You literally could plan your entire wedding in one day. And wedding planning can be so much more enjoyable when you attend our bridal show with vendors from the Hudson Valley.”
Many of the local shops will also feature special promotions geared to the interests of brides to be. For example Style Counsel, located at 19 Main St., is introducing a pilot line of private label wedding dresses designed by couture bridal milliner Maria Stasalla and clothing designer/Style Counsel co-owner Bob Maxwell.
At the conclusion of the reception at Lewis Park, guests will hopefully hear their name called to win one of the many gifts provided by the vendors.
