Valerie McGuinness and James Devor were sworn in Tuesday night at a special meeting of the West Milford Board of Education to fill the spots formerly held by former board members David Richards and Donna Richards. Pictured here, from left, school board attorney Joe Roselle, McGuinness, Devor and Superintendent of Schools Dr. James McLaughlin. McGuinness and Devor will serve out this year as appointed members. If they, or any others, want to run for the remaining two years in these unexpired term, they may do so in November, when three other school board seats, full, four-year terms, will be available.
