West Milford — The West Milford Elks were able to bring 42 Vets, guest and volunteers to the Greenwood Lake Airshow and WWII Exhibition.
The second annual event included runway seating, a private tent, and lunch. Bus transportation was also provided to and from our Elks lodge.
Six-foot subs were donated by Walkers Deli and Highlander Deli, and salads were donated by The Sit and Chat Diner
There was no charge because of the wonderful support from our community with 50/50 donations and pin and wrist band sales.
Special thanks to fellow Elk Tim Wagner, airport manager, for making this happen. Veteran representation four wars attended.
