John Publiese, a resident of Pinecliff Lake in West Milford, gave The West Milford Messenger a heads up about Saturday’s July 4th Boat Parade at Pinecliff Lake. Residents decked out their boats in red white and blue and paraded around the lake as neighbors cheered from the banks. Beautiful day for it. It was the first such parade for Pinecliff and a great success.
