    — West Milford Board of Education Business Administrator Barbara Francisco said the installation of the district-wide wireless network is proceeding on schedule as planned for Sept. 1, 2012.
The network installation by Johnston Communications will include a new Student Information Management System called Realtime. The system will combine information from all databases in the district from Central Office to Transportation, and will also include special education IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) attached to student profiles within the regular student system to provide easier access.
Francisco said that training on the new system has already begun for staff and more training is scheduled so that the system will be utilized upon its completion for the new school year this September. Francisco said another goal of the new system is for the district to be paperless in the near future.
