WEST MILFORD — There are natural solutions for women's health concerns. Learn about them in a series of eight wellness workshops hosted by Irene Keshaw-Ferris and Sara Gallmann, on the first Saturday of the month beginning tomorrow, Feb. 2 at 9:30 a.m.
A different topic will be discussed each month, including menopause, heart attack and stroke, breast cancer, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, osteoporosis, PMS, Alzheimer's and menstrual migraine headaches.
