    Contributed by Nikorn, owner and chef at Khun Thon Thai Restaurant on Marshall Hill Road. 2 ¾ pound lamb chops 1 teaspoon of garlic 2 teaspoons of ginger Pepper powder 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce Scallion Citantro Cut the lamb chops into cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the lamb overnight. The lamb can then either be boiled or grilled. Easy to make and a fresh take on Thanksgiving. Serves 2.
