West Milford - Some cats prance when they walk, some cats saunter, and some walk with a slow and elegant grace. But Arby is different - he marches! Arby has deformed paws and his claws grow from the top of his paws and stick out in every direction. They do not cause him any pain but they cause him to march! Arby is a beautifully marked male tiger, about two years old. He is very outgoing and playful. He loves people, he loves to love them and have them love him back. He makes friends with other cats very easily and soon they are all in love with each other. His name should have been Valentino. Arby has been neutered and is up-to-date with all his medical needs. Because of his paws, he will need to be an indoor cat only and his claws have to be watched and carefully clipped on a regular basis. He does not mind having his claws clipped and is very easy to handle. If you want your house “marching” with love and happiness, please come to the West Milford Animal Shelter to meet Arby. The shelter is located on Lycosky Drive (behind the recycling center) and is open for adoptions Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9 p.m. and both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The adoption fee for any cat six months or older is $35.
