West Milford - Elegant Nails is making it easy to pamper yourself a little this weekend. West Milford’s newest nail salon is offering 50 percent off all of its services through Jan. 25. So if you’ve been meaning to treat yourself to a mani-pedi, now is the time to do it. Billy Phan and Ten Phan, a husband and wife team, are owners of the salon, which just opened this month in West Milford at 22 Marshall Hill Road. Billy said they offer a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gels, and acrylics. They also do waxing. The Phans also own three other Elegant Nail Salons, in Linden, Old Bridge and Matawan, so they are only new to the area, not the business. Walk-ins are accepted and appointments are encouraged. Elegant Nails is open seven days a week, Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. But the 50 percent off grand opening special is only good until Tuesday, Jan. 25.
