Robert Tomaschek 5/3/05 n Criminal Mischief n High Street Unknown actor broke driver's side window of 1989 Honda parked at above location between the hours of 9pm and 7am. P.O. Stephen Stratton 5/3/05 n Criminal Mischief/Burglary/Theft n Cozy Lake Road Unknown actor used unknown object to pry open side compartment on trucks parked at above location. Various items stolen valued at $1300. Stolen was: Stihl blower, Stihl Trim saw, Stihl ground saw, Stihl spikes, one saddle, one climbing line, one lanyard, one hand saw. P.O. Stephen Braikovich 5/7/05 n Criminal Mischief/Harassment n Morsemere/Dunahm Road Unknown actor used motor vehicle to tear up victim's grass along Morsemere Road side of property. P.O. John Pesenti 5/7/05 n Car Fire n Westbrook Road/Ridge Road Dispatched to Westbrook/Ridge on a report of a car fire. Upon arrival a 1998 4-door Plymouth purple in color had flames coming from under the hood. Fire Company dispatched. Owner, Timothy Leonard, Hewitt, stated that while traveling south on Ridge Road, heard a bang then viewed smoke coming from exhaust. WM Fire Co 4 responded and secured fire. WM Body & Frame removed vehicle. P.O. Casey Casbarro 5/7/05 n Criminal Mischief n Awosting/East Shore Rd. Unknown actors damaged vehicle rear view window with a blunt object while parked at above location. P.O. Jason Lowenfeld 5/7/05 n DWI n Beacon Hill Road Timothy Clark, Hewitt, Age 18 Officer responded to above location in regard to a report of males walking down the road smashing things. Officer located 3 males getting into a vehicle. The vehicle attempted to leave. Officer activated emergency lights in order to stop the vehicle. The driver (above) was found to have an odor of alcoholic beverage on him. He was subsequently arrested for DWI. P.O.
