Tinkerbell arrived at the West Milford Animal Shelter because of sad and unfortunate circumstances. Her 82 year-old owner passed away, leaving Tinkerbell homeless. Tink is an 8 year-old Terrier mix and she has adapted very quickly and easily to her new surroundings and has become a favorite of the volunteers. But the volunteers can not make up for the loss of her devoted owner and comfortable home. They are hoping that her stay at the shelter will be a short one and they will be able to find her the perfect new home. Her former home was quiet and calm and she was her owner’s constant companion. They lived a peaceful and happy life with only each other for company. Tinkerbell is very friendly and happy and gets along with some other dogs but does not like cats. She would be best suited for a home without children or a home that children sometimes visit. She is housebroken and loves to go for walks.
