WEST MILFORD Area high school-aged baseball players can tryout for the varsity, junior varsity and freshmen teams sponsored by West Milford’s Connie Mack 19U Baseball Program that competes in the Passaic/Bergen/Morris/Rockland High School Fall Baseball League during the months of September and October. Tryouts will be held on Sunday, August 27, Wednesday, August 30, Sunday, September 3 and Wednesday, September 6 at the Westbrook(Kilgallen) and Sand Cap Fields. The Varsity/JV sessions are from 10 a.m. to noon on Sundays and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Westbrook Complex. The freshmen squad will be going from noon to 2 p.m. on Sundays at the Westbrook Field and on Wednesdays, 6 to 8 p.m. at the San Cap Complex. Fall season games will be played on Friday evenings and Sunday doubleheaders in West Milford and Skylands Park in Sussex. Further information can be obtained by calling Bob Henry at 973-728-3405.
