    Three remain undefeated High Point, Jefferson and Sparta remained unbeaten in SCIL girls’ basketball, as each rolled to their fifth straight triumph on Saturday. Tara Krohn and Jess Lain netted 11 points apiece as the Wildcats routed Kittatinny 52-32. Dedra Pritchard hit for a game-high 16 points to spur the Lady Falcons to a 44-35 success of Pope John while Kelly Keil and Staci Rossi tallied 14 points each as the Lady Spartans crushed Wallkill Valley 48-25. Wallkill 77, Pope John 46 On Wednesday, Wallkill Valley cruised to a 77-46 victory over Pope John as Jami Gagg posted the high-scoring effort of the week by all players, pouring in 32 points, including six three-pointers. Gagg was selected the Wallkill Valley Athlete of the Week as well as the SCIL Player of the Week as she also grabbed seven rebounds and had eight steals. Sparta 51, Hopatcong 17 Keil posted a double-double when Sparta humbled Hopatcong 51-17 on Wednesday, scoring 24 points while pulling down 10 rebounds. Rossi finished with 14 points, five assists and five steals. Lenape 60, Vernon 37 Tricia DiPaolo scored a game-high 18 points while Monica Grzelak chipped in with 15 and Kristen Johnson netted 10 as Lenape Valley toppled Vernon 60-37. Jefferson 51, Kittatinny 49 Phelan Livingston deposited a game-high 28 points into the bucket for Kittatinny, but the Cougars were edged 51-49 by Jefferson in overtime on Wednesday. Livingston was named the Cougar Athlete of the Week. Sussex Tech 33, Warren Tech 20 Balanced scoring was the key to success as Sussex Tech rolled to a 33-20 triumph over Warren Tech, even though none of the Lady Mustangs reached double figures. Brittany Kelly scored a game-high nine points, while Kellie Garrigan netted eight, Lindley Thacker tallied seven and Kayla DeGraw finished with six.
