    Lenape 114, Kittatinny 59 Laura and Melissa Flynn fueled Lenape Valley’s 114-59 rout of Kittatinny in an SCIL girls’ swimming meet on Thursday. The Flynn siblings took four first-place finishes, while LVR swept the three relay events. Laura Lynn won the 200-meter freestyle (2:20.34) and 100-meter butterfly (1:10.84) while Melissa won the 50-meter freestyle (27.59) and 500-meter freestyle (5:40.00). Brittnie Lee doubled, placing first in the 100-metre freestyle (1:03.31) and 100-meter breaststroke (1:20.97). Vernon 105, Newton 65 Brittany Lukasik, Lauren Shaw and Kellyanne Tomasula all doubled as Vernon romped to a 105-65 triumph over Newton. Lukasik finished first in the 200-meter freestyle (2:20.32) and 100-meter butterfly (1:11.58) while Tomasula touched first in the 200-meter individual medley (2:33.32) and 100-meter freestyle (1:06.36). Shaw sprinted to victory in the 50-meter dash (30.03) and won the 100-meter breaststroke (1:22.94). PJ 115, Wallkill/Tech 55 Pope John cruised to a 115-55 triumph over the combined Wallkill Valley/Sussex Tech squad as the Lions finished first in all three relay competitions. The quartet of Sarah Christia, Amie Leonard, Kelssa Molearty and Amanda DeSantis got the Lions off to a winning start by posting the fastest clocking of 2:22.31 in the 200-medley relay. High Point 91, Sparta 79 High Point doused Sparta 91-79 utilizing its depth. Nicole Ferlo won the 200-freestyle (2:33.55) and Jess Grimm finished first in the 100-butterfly (1:05.17) and the Wildcats won the closing event, the 400-freestyle relay in 4:21.1.
