Vernon, N.J. An adult horseshoe league is starting up its second year in Vernon.
The group will hold an organization meeting for all interested in joining on Tuesday, March 20 at 7 p.m., at the Vernon Senior Center. The center is located at the Vernon municipal building, lower level, next to the police station.
Sign up fees for the league are $15 for Vernon residents and $17 for non residents.
It's open to any talent level and adults 18 and older.
Teams of family members, friends and co-workers are encouraged to join but individuals are welcome, too.
The season will run weeknights from about April 30 to Labor Day.
