SPARTA - In person Sparta Youth Lacrosse registration for new players will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 14, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Sparta Middle School Cafeteria. Registration is for boys in grades 3 through 8 and girls in grades 5 through 8. Refer to www.spartayouthlacrosse.com for printable forms. Three forms need to be completed at time of registration: * The 2007 Registration Form * Medical Form * US Lacrosse Membership Form Registration fee: is $145 per child, $125 for each additional child. Uniform and equipment order forms are available online. Representatives from All Lacrosse will be present at time of registration. All Lacrosse will be giving a team discount for parents needing to purchase equipment. The season begins in March and lasts until mid June.
