West Milford's Dan Sullivan, age 20, placed 1st in the 18-24 year-old age group in the 19th Annual New York Triathlon Series #2. The event was held at Harriman State Park, New York, on Sunday, August 15, 2004. Dan placed 13th overall in a field of 189 male participants. His overall time in this triathlon was 1:25:03. Dan Sullivan is a 2002 graduate of West Milford High School, where he was twice an All-Passaic County Cross Country runner. He now attends Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania.
