The Our Lady Queen of Peace Spring Concert last Thursday night was a blast right out of the 1960's. Under the direction of Julia Kyle, the school put on a show in which even the teachers got in on the act. Fashioned in the style of the sitcom, "Rowen and Martin's Laugh In," the students brought the house down with comedy skits and music from the 60s, including The Beatles "Yellow Submarine," "Here Comes the Sun," The Archies "Sugar" and many more songs that invited audience participation. The surprise finale was the teachers dressed in costume doing their rendition of "Hair," which was truly a show-stopper.
