Pony Introductory Program This 90-minute program aims to familiarize participants to the wonderful world of horses using size-related horses and ponies. It comes along a few weeks before the week-long Pony Share Camp so your camper can taste the waters and decide if they want to take part in the full camp. The children will spend time pony grooming, riding and learning about safety. Kids will be grouped according to age and prior experience, if any. This introductory camp is for children aged 3 to 11 years old. It will take place at Westbrook Park on June 21 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and costs $49. Those planning to participate in one of the other PonyShare camps later in the summer will receive a $20 cash rebate directly from PonyShare. Lego Camp Do you like to build with Legos? Then this is the camp for you! With tons of legos to explore and creative challenges to inspire, Legomaniacs will have the time of their lives at this camp. Build the vehicle of your dreams and race it down the track. Work with friends to build castles, space ships, pirate ships and much more. Children will do improvisational skits and learn how to create a character all through fun and games. They will also learn how to work together as a group. The participants will learn how to improvise a situation and step into character. During the course of the week campers will explore the theater through games and have fun while learning all about the importance of working together as a group to put on a stage production. At the end of the week, family and friends will be invited to see what the campers learned from the camp.
