    The Upper Greenwood Lake Elementary School recently held its annual Health and Safety Fair, where parents and students were able to obtain information on everything from blood pressure checks to good nutrition. There were demonstrations by The Passaic County Sheriff's Department K-9 unit and Orange and Rockland Electric. The United States Marshal Service, Passaic County Sheriffs Dept. K-9 unit, United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, West Milford Police Department DARE Officer Steve Blacksmith, West Milford Township Nurse Bobbie Del Sol, West Milford Transportation Department Bus Safety, Rockland Electric, United Martial Arts Center from Warwick NY, Upper Greenwood Lake Ambulance Core, Upper Greenwood Lake Fire Company, Upper Greenwood Lake School sixth grade safety patrol, Girl Scout Troops 391,1014,397 and Cub Scout Troop 146 Den 2, the Upper Greenwood Lake PTA all participated.
