D2 traveling south on Greenwood Lake Turnpike crossed over the center line and struck the front of V2. V1 then veered back into the southbound lane, traveled approx. 100’, crossed back over the center line and northbound lane and struck a tree on the east shoulder of the road. D1 issued summons for DWI, Improper use of divided highway, unsafe lane change, Possession of CDS in a vehicle, and Reckless Driving. P.O. Vehicle struck mailbox and bush due to losing control on icy roads. P.O. Steven Blacksmith 12/18/05 - DWI/Underage Poss. of Alcohol - Lakeshore Drive South Patrick Zielinski, West Milford, Age 19 Ian Watson, West Milford, Age 19 Vehicle was observed by Officer to be driven in an erratic manner. Vehicle was stopped and driver and passenger were arrested for DWI. P.O. William Pittelko 12/19/05 - DWI - Route 23 N Anthony Delgatto, Sparta, Age 43 While on patrol officer observed the above traveling north on Route 23 in the area of New City Road. The vehicle crossed over the fog lines a few times. Officer subsequently stopped the vehicle and driver was arrested for DWI. P.O. George Richnavsky
