Driver indicated she was using cell phone and drove off the right shoulder of the roadway, striking a mailbox and sideswiping a telephone pole. Driver then came to a stop in the yard of 810 Macopin Road. Driver refused medical attention. Driver issued summons for DWI and Careless Driving. P.O.
