P.O. John Pesenti 7/3/05 n Criminal Mischief n Sweetman Lane Unknown actors used object (unknown) to damage victim's concrete/brick mailbox and stand. P.O. Stephen Braikovich 7/3/05 n Theft n Birchwood Pass Unknown actors removed a set of keys from victim's unsecured vehicle. P.O. Jason Lowenfeld 7/2/05 n Criminal Mischief n Crawford Street Between the hours of 2100 - 7/1/05, and 0926 - 7/2/05, unknown actors threw paint like substance on her 2003 Ford parked on Crawford Street at the corner with Bisset Drive. P.O. Stephen Singerline 7/1/05 n DWI/MVA n Macopin Road Susan Smith, Greenwood Lake, NY, Age 31 Vehicle was traveling north on Macopin Road. Driver indicated she was using cell phone and drove off the right shoulder of the roadway, striking a mailbox and sideswiping a telephone pole. Driver then came to a stop in the yard of 810 Macopin Road. Driver refused medical attention. Driver issued summons for DWI and Careless Driving. P.O. Michael Malfetti 7/1/05 n Criminal Mischief n Macopin Road Officer responded to above location on report of youths breaking a fence. A split rail fence was found with broken post. Sgt. Richard Fiorilla 7/3/05 n Criminal Mischief n Cedar Lane Unknown actors discharged a large amount of fireworks on front lawn at above location. Unable to locate. P.O. Gary Yarnall 6/27/05 n Criminal Mischief/Trespassing n Marshall Hill Road Unknown actor caused damage on victim's business property (Pequannock Feed and Grain), actors entered property without consent.
