    July 26 n Criminal Mischief n Point Breeze Drive Actors removed garbage cans and threw it into victim's garden at above location. P.O. Frank Elia July 18 n MVA n Route 23 northbound Tina Hadjissen, Butler, DOB 8/77 Driver states she was traveling north on Route 23 when she lost control of her vehicle due to the heavy rain.  Vehicle exited roadway and struck a tree. 2 passengers in vehicle taken to Chilton Hospital. P.O. David Vandalinda July 26 n Criminal Mischief n Lakeshore Drive Unknown motor vehicle damaged mailbox and post. P.O. Anthony DiMinno July 26 n MVA n Route 23 Southbound #1 n Jaroslaw Czerwoniak, Jackson Heights, NY, DOB 2/33 #2  - Anthony Felicetta, Pompton Lakes, DOB 1/87 Driver of V1 states that he was traveling south on Route 23.  As he crossed the intersection at Echo Lake Road Vehicle 2 ran the red light and struck his vehicle.  D2 states that he doesn't remember what happened.  It appears that D2 ran the red light at the intersection of Echo Lake Road and Route 23 south.  V2 struck V1 pushing him off the roadway into the traffic light post.  V2 after striking V1 went off the roadway and struck the guide rail.  The traffic light was snapped at the base and was lying across the left lane. Fire Company #2 was dispatched for a small anti freeze leak.  DOT was notified and also responded. P.O. Robert Congleton July 25 n MVA n Macopin Road #1 n Tina Sanborn, Wanaque, DOB 12/81 #2 n Darcy Abrams, Hewitt, DOB 9/82 D1 stated that while traveling south on Macopin Road V2 pulled out in front of her.  V1 was unable to avoid hitting V2 and impacted V1 at angle on the driver's side.  D2 stated she did not see V1 as she was making a left turn onto Macopin Road and was impacted by V1 on her driver's side. P.O. Gary Yarnall July 24 n Criminal Mischief n Cumberland Road Unknown actors damaged a swimming pool with a sharp tipped object. P.O. Jason Lowenfeld July 24 n Criminal Mischief n Clinton RoadUnknown actors put roofing nails in victim's driveway under vehicles causing 2 flat tires. P.O. Michael Malfetti July 24 n Burglary/Criminal Mischief n Upper Greenwood Lake School Window taken out and placed on ground.  Window broken in half.  NO entry appeared to have been made. P.O. James DeVore, Jr. July 24 n Criminal Mischief n Lindy's Drive 2 young males threw rocks at house, causing damage to siding.  Unable to locate. P.O. James DeVore, Jr. July 23 n DWI n Route 23/Echo Lake Road #1 n Laura Deluca, Sparta, DOB 8/71 #2 -Charles Bellars, Glenwood, DOB 7/46 While on patrol officer was dispatched to a MVA at the intersection of Route 23 and Echo Lake Road. Driver of V1 said that she was stopped at the red light in the right lane on Route 23 north and Echo Lake Road when she was hit from behind by V2.  D2 was arrested for DWI.  No reported injuries.  V2 towed by B&H Towing. Driver 2 issued summons for DWI and Reckless Driving. P.O. William Pittelko July 23 n MVA n Route 23 South #1 n Angela Caffrey, Highland Lakes, DOB 5/42 #2 n Brian Gani, Manalapan, DOB 2/86 D2 stated that while traveling south on Route 23 in the right lane, slowed down to make a left turn into the Exxon Gas Station located in the center median of Route 23.  He put his directional on and was struck by V1 in the rear.  D1 stated while traveling south on Route 23 in the slow lane, the vehicle in front of her came to an abrupt stop and she could not stop in time and struck V2 in the rear.  D2 was attempting to make a left turn into the exit of the Gas Station.
