    7/221/05-Criminal Mischief n Woodland Drive Unknown actor broke rear window of vehicle and threw paint remover over same as it was parked at above location. P.O. Steven Blacksmith 7/19/05 n House Fire n 438 Morsetown Road Upon officer's arrival house was fully engulfed. Greenwood Forest and Macopin Fire Companies responded along with WMFAS #47 and #49. Three canines were in the house and two were rescued. The third deceased. Det. Calabrese arrived on scene to investigate the house fire. P.O. Gregory Post, Jr. 7/19/05 n Burglary/Theft n Princeton Avenue Unknown actors broke doorknob and lock off door and tried to gain entry. No entry gained. P.O. Greg Post, Jr. 7/23/05 n DWI/Suspended Driver n Cherry Ridge/Goldfinch Lane Jason A. Marion, Hewitt, Age 24 Anonymous report of a vehicle off the roadway in a ditch. Upon arrival officer found a female in the vehicle who had reported that she was given a ride by a male and he had fled the scene. Upon further investigation it was found that the driver of the vehicle had walked to Charissa Court. Driver of vehicle was found to be intoxicated and arrested for same. P.O. Robert Tomaschek 7/23/05 n Criminal Mischief n Circle Boulevard Unknown person broke vehicle window (95 Ford Van) while parked at above location. P.O. David VanDalinda 7/23/05 n Theft of mailbox n Clinton Road Mailbox stolen from above location. P.O. Greg Post 7/24/05 n Criminal Mischief/Theft n Cumberland Drive Unknown actors damaged a tree and stole a mailbox from above location. P.O. David VanDalinda 7/22/05 n DWI/Refusal to submit to breath tests n Marshall Hill Road Robert Brown, West Milford, Age 55 While on patrol officer observed the above driver driving a vehicle in an erratic manner. Subsequent investigation found driver to be DWI. He was arrested for same. P.O. James McDaniel 7/22/05 n Theft n Oak Ridge Road Between 0500 hours on 7/17/05 and 1930 hours on 7/21/05 an unknown actor removed a 2004 Bri-Mar Yellow equipment trailer from above location.
