Thomas Celano Dec. 26 - Possession of CDS/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Union Valley Rd. John J. Clark IV, Greenwood Lake, NY, Age 28 P.O. Lewis Road and P.O. Suzanne Novakowski were dispatched to the area of 1195 Union Valley Road. Upon arrival a motor vehicle was observed (that had been in an MVA) but no driver on scene. The driver was located and arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia P.O. Suzanne Novakowski Dec. 27 - DWI - Hilltop Road Sean Brand, Newfoundland, Age 37 On the above date at 2045 hours, P.O. Gregory Post Jr. and P.O. Michael Malfetti responded to Big John’s Pub on the report of a verbal dispute. Upon arrival the driver had left the area. P.O. Malfetti left the scene to locate the driver. He was located on Hilltop Road driving a 2005 GMC. Officer Post arrived on scene and upon speaking with the accused found driver to be DWI. He was arrested for DWI and failure to submit to breath tests. P.O. Gregory Post, Jr. Dec. 29 - Criminal Mischief - Hunterdon Place Unknown actors attempted to remove an inflatable snowman from above location. Snowman received damage. P.O. Lewis Rose Dec. 29 - Criminal Mischief - Garret Court Officer Lewis Rose was dispatched to the above location for criminal mischief. Upon arrival officer spoke with the victim who stated that she observed damage to her vehicle. Rear window was smashed and a dent on the trunk was observed. P.O. Lewis Rose Dec. 30 - Criminal Mischief - Ringwood Lane Christmas decoration (white plastic reindeer) removed from above location. P.O. Christopher O’Connor Dec. 30 - Possession of Marijuana/Under the influence of CDS/Maintenance of lamps/Provisional Drivers License Violation and CDS in MV- Warwick Turnpike Ronald Card, Jr., West Milford, Age 19 On the above date at 0236 hours, while monitoring traffic at the intersection of Warwick Turnpike/Union Valley Road, Officer Gary Yarnall observed the above driver pass the location with its driver’s side rear tail light out. Officer activated emergency warning lights and performed a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Turnpike. While speaking with driver (above) officer observed him to be under the influence and detected an odor of burnt marijuana coming from within the vehicle. Driver was arrested for above violations.
