March 23 - DWI - Ridge Road Arthur Krause, West Milford, Age 61 Officer was driving northbound on Ridge Road and observed the above make an extreme wide turn and went over the fog line and onto the shoulder of the road. Officer stopped the vehicle and found driver to be DWI. Driver was advised of his rights and subsequently arrested for DWI, Open Container and Careless Driving. P.O. Item stolen was a motorcycle frame, valued at $868.25. P.O. John Pesenti March 20 - Criminal Mischief - Macopin Road Cinder block used to break passenger side window of vehicle parked at above location. Vehicle is a black 1993 Mitsubishi 300 GT. Det. Joseph Walker March 26 - Theft of services - Route 23 N Unknown actor received $26.25 regular unleaded fuel at above location. Accused sped away without paying for fuel. P.O. Lewis Rose March 26 - Criminal Mischief - Alpine Lane Unknown actors threw eggs at victims house at above location. Ongoing for the past few nights. Vehicles in driveway also struck. P.O. Stephen Braikovich March 25 - DWI/Refusal - Westbrook Road Gregory McDavit, West Milford, Age 51 While on patrol officer observed the above driver operating a vehicle in an erratic manner. The driver was stopped and found to be DWI. Driver was arrested for same. He refused to give a breath sample. He was also charged with Refusal to submit to a breath test. P.O.
