12/1/05 - Poss. Of CDS - Route 23 North/Cross Road Shane Sarro, Rochelle Park, Age 20 During a motor vehicle stop, driver found to be in possession of CDS, suspected marijuana less than 50 grams. P.O. Tyrus Hicks 12/2/05 - Criminal Mischief - Morsetown Road Kyle Gillis, Hewitt, Age 19 Anthony O’Rourke, West Milford, Age 19 Officer dispatched to the above location and found Christmas lawn ornaments were torn from the ground and thrown about. Damage was in excess of $200. Officer observed the above accused on Morsetown Road. Vehicle was stopped and driver and occupant were charged with criminal mischief. P.O. Gary Yarnall 12/3/05 - Theft - Warwick Turnpike Rear tire and gas stolen from vehicles parked at business at above location. P.O.
