While taking the boat out of the water, victim noticed that the bracket that secures a padlock to the 9.9 Honda outboard motor was broken. P.O. George Richnavsky 10/9/05 n DWI/Poss. of CDS/Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia/Poss. of CDS in MV n Pinecliff Lake Drive #1 n Daniel Crisanto, Greenwood Lake, NY, Age 19 Officer on patrol and observed the above parked on the side of the road at 2241 hours. Officer exited vehicle to approach the vehicle and observed the driver attempt to “hide” something from sight. Driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and officer detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from the driver. Driver was arrested on the above charges. P.O. Michael Malfetti 10/7/05 n DWI n Lincoln Ave/Sophie Ave Richard White, West Milford, Age 60 Officer responded to a MVA on Lincoln Ave in the area of Sophie Ave. Upon arrival officer observed the above person standing next to his vehicle, partially off the roadway.
