1/8/06 - Suspended Driver - East Shore Road Thomas Dieber, Greenwood Lake, NY, Age 20 P.O. Gary Yarnall, P.O. Robert Tomaschek and P.O. James DeVore, Jr. responded to the above location for a reported Motor Vehicle Accident with the vehicle on its side and unknown injuries. Upon arrival there was heavy damage to the vehicle but no occupants could be found. Warwick PD and Ringwood PD assisted in the search for driver of vehicle. Negative results. A Motor Vehicle check of the vehicle revealed that the registered owner was suspended. Driver charged with driving while suspended, failure to keep right, failure to report an MVA and leaving the scene of an accident. P.O. Tyrus Hicks 1/7/06 - Criminal Mischief - Vreeland Ave. Mailbox damaged by unknown means and lying on ground. P.O. Gregory Post, Jr. 1/7/06 - Criminal Mischief - Old Hickory Lane Mailbox damaged by unknown means. P.O. Gregory Post, Jr. 1/7/06 - Criminal Mischief - Vreeland Ave. Mailbox damaged. P.O. Gregory Post, Jr. 1/7/06 - DWI - Morsetown Road/Mt.Circle Gregory Ostrowicz, Paterson, Age 21 Officer responded to a MVA at above location. Upon arrival officer found above subject standing on roadside bleeding from his right hand and face. Vehicle was upside down on its roof, down an embankment. Driver was transported to Chilton Hospital. Driver had a heavy odor of alcohol and was found to be DWI. P.O.
