Vehicle then pulled back onto Route 23 north without headlights on. Vehicle was stopped and driver was subsequently arrested for DWI. P.O. Dennis O’Donnell 11/8/05 - Illegal Dumping/Theft of Services - Union Valley Road Unknown actor dumping garbage in dumpster owned by business at above location. P.O. David VanDalinda 11/8/05 - Theft - West Milford High School Wallet removed from locker, $40 taken from wallet. P.O. Greg Post 11/7/05 - Burglary - White Road Actor entered locked facility and forced entry into storage area. Nothing taken. P.O. Donald O’Keefe 11/7/05 - DWI/Suspended - Union Valley Road Joseph Lima, West Milford, Age 22 Officer observed the above driver operating a vehicle of which registered owner was revoked. Driver was stopped and found to be DWI. Driver was arrested for same. P.O. Michael Malfetti 11/12/05 - Criminal Mischief - Clinton Road/School House Cove Road While on patrol officer noticed safety barrels missing from bridge at above location. Barrels were found in the stream below. P.O. James McDaniel 11/11/05 - Criminal Mischief - Marshall Hill Road Unknown person threw a rock through a second story window at above location. P.O. Stephen Stratton 11/13/05 - DWI - Westbrook Road/Ridge Road Sean Sisler, Pequannock, Age 25 Anonymous report of an erratic driver at above location. Officer observed vehicle. Vehicle was swerving from side to side crossing the centerline and fog line. Driver was arrested for DWI. P.O. Carol Stelmach 11/13/05 - Criminal Mischief - Nosenzo Pond Road Fence knocked down, wires ripped down from above location. Club House spray painted with graffiti. P.O. Greg Post 11/13/05 - MVA/DWI - Oak Ridge Road #1 - Michael Pizzulli, Sparta, Age 47 #2 - Rodger Witty, Boonton Township, Age 56 #3 - Jamie Simmons, Oak Ridge, Age 33 Both drivers stated that they were traveling east on Oak Ridge Road and while approaching Post Road and the railroad tracks, V3 which was traveling west made a left turn into both of their vehicles. The driver of V3 stated he was traveling west on Oak Ridge Road and did not see both vehicle 1 and 2 while making the left onto Post Road, striking both vehicles. WMFAS responded along with ALS 901. Both drivers of V1 and 2 were flown to Morristown Memorial Hospital. D3 issued summons for DWI, Failure to yield right of way. P.O. James McDaniel 11/13/05 - MVA/DWI - Warwick Turnpike Kelly Geraghty, West Milford, Age 22 V1 traveling south on Warwick Turnpike as the driver made a left turn onto White Road he lost control of his vehicle traveled up a small embankment then went across both lanes of travel and struck a rock.
