Sept. 9 DWI Route 23N/Oak Ridge Road Donald K. Kalinich, Sussex, Age 52 While on patrol, Officer James McDaniel received a report of a possible drunk driver traveling north on Route 23 in a 1997 Fond pickup, black in color. Officer observed a vehicle fitting above description. Vehicle stopped at the red light at the Oak Ridge Road jug handle. Qfficers approached the driver and found him to be DWI. Officer Tyrus Hicks and Officer James I McDaniel placed subject under arrest for DWI. He was transported to headquarters and later released to a friend, Vehicle was impounded. P,O. James McDaniel
