Christopher Amato 9/7/05 n DWI n Woodland Drive Vladimir Malinak, Somerville, Age 40 P.O. William Greer and P.O. Thomas Celano responded to the above location on the report of a suspicious person. On arrival Officers observed a 1997 green Chevrolet parked improperly at the above address. Upon further investigation above driver was found to be DWI and arrested for same. P.O. John Pesenti 9/11/05 n DWI/Possession of CDS in vehicle/Careless Driving n Gould Road Christian Hintz, West Milford, Age 22 Officer was traveling north on Macopin Road when she observed the above motor vehicle traveling in the same direction, making a left hand turn onto Gould Road. Officer followed the vehicle and stopped the vehicle. Upon approaching the vehicle officer detected an odor of alcoholic beverage. At headquarters upon processing Christian was found to have a cellophane wrapper containing greenish brown vegetation on his person. Christian was arrested for same. P.O. George Richnavsky 9/10/05 n Criminal Mischief n Jenkins Road A 1994 Chevrolet van, white in color, was parked at above location. Side rear passenger window was broken. It appears that an unknown actor shot something at the window like a BB. There was a small round h9ole in the lower left side of the window. P.O.
