Eric Hawk, West Milford, Age 24 Mary Cremer, West Milford, Age 25 Officer was patrolling through Greenwood Lake Turnpike Park & Ridge on above date and observed a vehicle with a broken passenger side window, engine running. Upon further investigation it was learned that there was drug paraphernalia and what appeared to be Heroin in the vehicle. After processing, Eric Hawk was released on summonses for Poss. of CDS and Poss. of drug paraphernalia. Mary Cremer was arrested on suspected Heroin possession. P.O.
