James DeVore 7/10/05 n MVA n Macopin Road Charles Scelba, Totowa, Age 56 Vehicle (motor cycle) traveling north on Macopin Road when a deer jumped out into the roadway into the motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the deer, sideswiped the guide rail and fell onto its right side. Driver ejected. Passenger pinned under the motorcycle with the deer. Vehicle was going 87 in a 55 mph zone. Officer stopped the vehicle, and observed a strong odor of alcoholic beverage. Driver was given sobriety tests and found to be DWI. P.O. Casey Casbarro 7/17/05 n DWI/Refusal to Submit to Breath Test n Oak Ridge Road/Cooper Walter Fisher, Stockholm, Age 51 While on patrol on Oak Ridge Road officer observed the above driver operating a vehicle in an erratic manner. Driver was found to have a strong smell of an alcoholic beverage on his person. He was arrested for DWI and failure to submit to breath test. P.O.
