WEST MILFORD The West Milford Parks and Recreation Department sponsored a Halloween Parade and contest on Saturday, October 29, at in Bubbling Springs Park. Many of the decorations were made by West Milford senior citizens, and the West Milford Rotary Gazebo served as the focal point. The weather was quite cold, but it didn’t detract from the enthusiasm of the crowd of approximately 400. The West Milford High School Tell-a-peer students volunteered their help with all phases of the event.
