D2 stated she was stopped in the right of way with her headlights and parking lights off waiting for her mother to exit Shop Rite when she was struck by V1 that was backing from its parking space. As V1 was rounding a left hand curve in the roadway the vehicle drove off the right side of the road onto a snow bank. D1 stated that he struck the concrete median barrier at the above location and left the scene of the accident.
