To the editor: I have served the last months on the council with Joe. This man is a tireless worker who has a heart for West Milford. Joe has worked for over 20 years with our young people in the Recreation Program and over 15 years with our Ambulance Squad. He is also very sensitive to our senior citizens and works closely with them. Dr. Sal Schimmenti has a local practice and is a “doer” who gets the job done. He helped coordinate the Senior Olympics. He played a large part in getting fireworks and the circus at Jungle Habitat and has worked many years in all our sports programs. West Milford needs Joe and Sal on the council.
