Scrappy was released as his owner (who loved him dearly) could not take good care of him anymore.
He.is athletic, ready for fun and play, especially with balls and toys.
Friendly and curious, he needs to be your only pet as he likely did not get the chance to socialize at a young age with other dogs or animals, something that training may help with.
He loves the outdoors and walks. When given attention, his happy tail wags constantly.
